Returns and Refund Policy

We do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase! 

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please do get into contact via Email or Phone

 

Wish to cancel your order? 

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch of your items. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order,  via Email (info@austinjohninteriors.co.uk)  or Phone (01775 760246). If your item has already been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel your order. 

Unhappy with your order?

If you receive your item(s) and they are damaged - please contact us to report damages within 24 hours - detailing the issues, along with pictures. 

If you contact us after the 24 hour window - we may be unable to process a refund for your damaged item.

If items are damaged, you can: receive a replacement item, an exchange, refund or credit note.

Returns must then be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving the item. Any returns sent back after this timeframe, cannot be processed.

The product(s) must be sent back in original boxes and packaging, in a re-sellable condition to be able to process a refund, (even if they are damaged). 

 The original paid postage fee is non-refundable. The return postage fee is also at the customers cost. 

PLEASE NOTE - all items must be returned with the original box and packaging or a refund cannot be issued.

Orders returned to us within the correct time frame of 14 days are subject to either a refund, replacement, credit note or exchange. 

Sale items are non refundable. 

How long does a refund take?

Refunds take 7 days to process from the day we receive the item back. Money should be cleared and in your bank account within 14 days.
